They make sure we get clean water in our homes and schools. Salma: I want to be a paramedic. They help people in emergencies. Omar: That's a brave job. You'll help save lives. Salma: Traffic officers help people cross the road and control cars. And street cleaners clean the streets and help keep the city beautiful. And now, let's practise!
A message from Captain Nour for you
Hi Omar! Imagine a big football match… who makes it all work? Not just the players! Many people help the community just like teammates help each other, and today we'll learn their jobs in English.
💡 Look at the football stadium: if a player falls and gets hurt, the paramedic runs to him because paramedics help people in an emergency — that's a brave job. After the match, the street cleaner cleans the stands, and the traffic officer controls the vehicles outside the stadium so people cross safely.
