How to ask

Write to us from the phone number or email address the account uses, and say which account you mean — the student's first name and grade is enough. Use the support chat on any page of the site, or the contact address at the bottom of this page.

We confirm the request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30.

What is deleted

The account, its learning record (lessons opened, answers, mastery, XP, streak and league history), every conversation with Captain Nour, the device tokens for reminders, and every way of signing in attached to it — phone number, email address, the Google or Facebook link, passkeys and child cards.

A parent's link to a child is removed with either account. Backups roll off within 35 days of the deletion.

If you signed in with Facebook or Google

Signing in with Facebook or Google gives us the name and email address on that account and the address of its picture. We ask for nothing else, we never post on your behalf, and we hold no password.

Removing Elrihla from your Facebook settings (Settings, then Apps and Websites) or from your Google account (Security, then Third-party apps) stops future sign-ins, but it does not delete your Elrihla account — ask us as described above and we delete it, including our copy of your name and address.

A child's account

A parent or guardian may ask us to delete their child's account, whether or not the two accounts are linked. We will check that you are who you say you are — usually by writing back to the number or address on the child's account — and then delete it the same way.
